Travelscope TV proves that a picture is worth a thousand words.

The experienced Travelscope team travels to all corners of the globe to capture breathtaking footage of the world’s destinations. Built on the success of the 24 years of the award-winning Travelscope radio program, Travelscope TV allows viewers to sample the world from the comfort of their own living room. Hosted by renowned travel journalist Joseph Rosendo, Travelscope features Joseph’s worldwide explorations from stateside destinations such as Montana’s Glacier National Park and West Virginia’s Gauley River to distant locales in India, Australia and multi-cultural Malaysia. Joseph brings his unique perspective on cultural tourism into the homes of viewers each week.

Joseph, whose love of travel and foreign cultures is rooted in his Cuban heritage, has produced and hosted the syndicated Travelscope Radio show for more than twenty years and may also be heard on Discovery Channel Radio. He feels travel provides the missing link between cultures. “We close each show with a quote from Mark Twain: ‘Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness,’” says Joseph. “It’s a truth that first turned me on to travel and has kept me hooked for more than thirty years.”
